It is our attention to detail. The prep work performed prior to painting greatly determines the outcome of your project.

Every exterior painting project we paint will receive the following:

  1. Pressure washing to remove dirt, mildew and chalk.
  2. Removal of loose paint.
  3. Spot priming and patching of any raw or damaged wood.
  4. Application of one full coat of masonry sealer.
  5. Repair any masonry cracks with Elastomeric patching compound.
  6. General caulking where necessary.
  7. Application of one full coat of 100% Acrylic paint in desired colors.

 

*Other services are also available at an additional charge; such as minor wood replacement, window caulking and glazing of window panes. Some colors or surfaces require a second coat of finish.

On every interior painting project we will:

  • Carefully move furniture
  • Protect flooring and furniture with drop cloths
  • remove all switch plates
  • Remove all unwanted nails/hangers and patch holes
  • Protect surfaces not receiving paint
  • Caulk and patch where necessary
  • Smooth imperfections in walls
  • Lightly sand wood surfaces prior to finish coat to ensure proper adhesion.

Will there be supervision on my project?

Yes. You will have a Foreman on the job at all times that will communicate with you and the staff regularly throughout the project. Your Project Manager will inspect the progress daily and bring any needed materials. And our friendly office staff is always here to answer your call.


How long will my PAINTING project take?

Home exteriors typically take 3-5 business days from start to finish. Interiors vary depending on the amount of work.


Do you guarantee your work?

Yes. All workmanship is guaranteed. The types of warranties vary between interiors and exteriors, with a minimum of 1 year for interiors and up to 10 years for exteriors. Paint manufacturers also warranty our paint against peeling, fading, cracking, etc. Be sure to ask your Project Manager about the specific warranty for your project.

Do you require a deposit or down payment?

No. We never ask for any money up front. And strongly caution doing business with a contractor who does. Payment is due upon completion, unless terms are agreed upon in advance.
