Budget Painting & Waterproofing, Inc. was established in 1999 by Terry & Heather Resina, two natives from Tampa looking to offer customers in the area top quality work at affordable prices. Terry's ten years in the industry as Chief Estimator, License Holder and Vice President helped him gain a wealth of knowledge in product data and commercial construction prior to opening his own company. It is their knowledge of this industry, individual needs of their clients and fair business practices that have lead to their success.

Many of their clients rely on them to offer submittal recommendations for projects and painting services on very tight schedules. Other clients may require professional discretion as well as criminal background and record checks. Because of their selective hiring practices, they are able to accommodate these requirements. Due to the nature of their business Budget Painting & Waterproofing, Inc. carries high limits of liability insurance and all of their employees are covered under workman's compensation.
